What can we do when we have a transport dispute?
In the event of a transport dispute, it will be imperative to create a request via our customer form with the following informations :
1/ The detail of damaged products and their quantity.
2/ Join the picture of the complete pallet received as is.
3/ Join the pictures of damaged boxes
4/ Joint the pictures of damaged products
5/ Join the picture of the transport voucher with the reservations indicated.
