Upload multiple attachments

It's perfectly possible to upload several attachments at once to a ticket, which can greatly facilitate the document submission process.

To submit multiple files simultaneously, you have two practical options.

• The first is to select all the desired files at once, which is ideal if the files are grouped together in the same folder.

• The second option is to make a multiple selection by holding down the Ctrl key while clicking on each file you wish to attach.
