Can we return a product due to a quality problem?

In the context of a quality issue, we do not return products.

The process is the following :

1/ Connect to the following link : customer-requests.palaisdesthes.com/your-request

2/ Create a new request via the customer form

3/ Add the pictures to your request as an attachment.

Your request will be processed directly by our quality department which will analyze it and make the final decision, which we will pass on to you.
